Orders are delivered by the carriers has their own system for updating tracking. You can track your order on the carrier’s website by entering the tracking number or pasting your number into your browser’s search bar. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, allow an extra day or two then Contact Us and we will be happy to help you check the status of your system.
As we try our best to ship orders as soon as possible it may take a longer expected time than usual. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing of your Yambba.com order. Once your order ships, you will get a shipment notification email from us with the package tracking number so you can follow its progress.
You will receive an email with your order’s tracking details as soon as your item are shipped. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation check your spam folder.
Tracking your order can also be as simple as logging into your account and navigating to the “Track My Order” button.
Please note, it may take an additional time for your tracking number to show movement.
If your tracking number results in an error message on the carrier’s website, please open a customer support ticket.
